Is there assigned parking?
All apartment homes come with one assigned covered space. There is additional parking for your second vehicle and guest vehicles
Is there additional storage available?
The Reserve at Capital Center has additional storage areas available as well as garages on a monthly basis.
Is there a common laundry facility?
Our apartment homes are complete with individual washers and dryers in each home.
Are there short tem leases available?
Yes. It would be necessary to contact the Business Office for availability however the shortest lease we offer is 3 months.
What utilities are the resident's responsibilities?
The resident is responsible for all utilities. SMUD provides the electricity, Pacific Gas and Electric provides the gas (water heaters only) Comcast provides cable television and broadband and we are serviced by AT&T for phone service.
Is there an area for washing vehicles?
Yes. We have our own carwash area that is available 24 hours a day.
Are there recreational facilities nearby?
We are so lucky as the American River Parkway system is close by for picnics, rafting, swimming and just relaxing in the outdoors. There are many areas of interest to provide a fun filled lazy day.
